Fitch rates OCBC notes AA-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a final AA- rating to Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp.'s A$600 million floating-rate notes due March 5, 2015. The final rating is the same as the expected rating assigned on Feb. 23.

The notes are rated at the same level as the company's AA- long-term foreign-currency issuer default rating, which has a stable outlook. The company also has an F1+ short-term foreign-currency issuer default rating, aa- viability rating, 1 support rating and A- support rating floor.

The proceeds of the notes will be used for general corporate purposes.
