S&P: Oversea-Chinese commercial paper at A-1

Standard & Poor's said that it assigned an A-1 short-term issue rating to the $5 billion commercial paper program of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. (A+/stable/A-1; axAAA/axA-1+).

The commercial papers will at all times rank pari passu among themselves and with all other unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of the bank.
