Fitch rates Oversea-Chinese notes AA-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a final rating of AA- to Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp.'s three-year A$500 million of senior notes.

The notes are issued by Oversea-Chinese Banking, Sydney branch under Oversea-Chinese Banking's $5 billion program for issuance of debt instruments.

This action follows the completion of the notes issue and the receipt of documents conforming to information previously received.

The final rating is the same as the expected rating assigned on July 6, Fitch said.

The notes are rated at the same level as the company's AA- long-term foreign-currency issuer default rating as they constitute direct and unsecured obligations of the bank and rank equally with all its unsecured and unsubordinated obligations.

The company also has a short-term foreign-currency issuer default rating at F1+ and a stable outlook, Fitch said.
