S&P: Oversea-Chinese notes A+

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an A+ long-term issue rating to Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd.'s proposed issue of three-year Australian-dollar senior unsecured notes.

The proposed notes will be issued by the bank's Sydney branch.

They will at all times rank pari passu with all other unsecured obligations of the bank, S&P said, other than those mandatorily preferred by law.
