Singapore's Oversea-Chinese Banking is considering tapping markets for $300 to $500 million bonds

New York, Sept. 17 - Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. is considering a $300 to $500 million bonds offering, according to a market source.

Citigroup and Deutsche Bank have been given the mandates.

In June, Oversea-Chinese Banking sold $500 million of three-year floaters at Libor plus 10 basis points.
