Oversea-Chinese Bank to offer $500 million floater later this year

St. Louis, May 28 - Singapore's Oversea-Chinese Bank Corp. is expected to come to the international bond market with an offering of $500 million of three-year senior unsecured floating-rate notes, according to a market source.

Citigroup and Deutsche Bank Securities are the bookrunners.

The deal is expected to price during the second half of 2004.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Oversea-Chinese Bank is Singapore's third-largest lending institution.
