Fitch rates OCBC capital securities BBB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd.’s (OCBC, AA-/stable) S$500 million perpetual capital securities a rating of BBB+.

The notes will be issued under OCBC's US$30 billion global medium-term note program on June 8.
