Otter Tail files automatic shelf for stock, debt, depositary shares

Knoxville, Tenn., May 11 - Otter Tail Corp. filed an automatic shelf registration in an S-3ASR registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers common shares, cumulative preferred shares, depositary shares, debt securities, securities warrants and units.

The securities may be structured as convertibles.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Otter Tail is a Fergus Falls, Minn., ethanol company.
