New Issue: Hungary’s OTP Bank sells €650 million 3.25-year senior preferred notes

Los Angeles, Nov. 28 – OTP Bank Nyrt priced €650 million of 3.25-year non-callable 2.25-year senior preferred notes at 99.998, according to a notice on Monday.

According to a notice last Wednesday, the bank had expected to price €500 million of the notes.

J.P. Morgan SE, Deutsche Bank, Erste Group, OTP Bank and Unicredit are the managers.

The Regulation S notes will be listed on the Luxembourg exchange.

The commercial bank is based in Budapest.
