OTP Bank plans to sell €500 million 3.25-year senior preferred notes

Los Angeles, Nov. 23 – Hungary’s OTP Bank Nyrt expects to price €500 million of 3.25-year non-callable 2.25-year senior preferred notes, according to a notice.

J.P. Morgan SE, Deutsche Bank, Erste Group, OTP Bank and Unicredit are the managers.

The Regulation S notes will be listed on the Luxembourg exchange.

The commercial bank is based in Budapest.
