Hungary’s OTP Bank hosts investor calls for green bonds on Wednesday

Chicago, June 28 – Hungary’s OTP Bank NyRt is hosting investor calls for a euro-denominated benchmark offering of three-year green senior preferred notes (BBB/Scope: BBB+), according to a market source.

There will be two years of call protection.

BNP Paribas, Erste Group and ING are arranging the calls, which start on Wednesday for the Regulation S deal.

ING is the sustainability structuring adviser.

Proceeds are to be used for financing or refinancing a portfolio of loans, credit and investments satisfying the eligibility criteria defined in the bank’s base prospectus in May and further described in the bank’s sustainable finance framework.

OTP is the largest universal banking services provider in Hungary.
