OSX Brasil judicial recovery process gains British court recognition

Pittsburgh, July 29 – OSX Brasil SA obtained British Justice Court recognition of its judicial recovery process in the Bankruptcy Court of Rio de Janeiro State Judicial District, according to a Wednesday news release.

As a result of the recognition order, the company said the lawsuits and processes related to goods, rights, obligations and responsibilities attributed to the company in Great Britain were suspended.

OSX Brasil is a Rio de Janeiro-based oil and gas holding company.
