OSX 3 Leasing enters Dutch preliminary payment suspension procedure

Pittsburgh, Jan. 12 – OSX 3 Leasing BV entered into a preliminary suspension of payments procedure under Dutch law as of Dec. 31, according to a notice from 13% senior secured callable bond trustee Nordic Trustee ASA.

Wouter Jongepier of the firm Boekel was appointed as OSX 3’s administrator under the procedure.

The trustee said the suspension of payments is not expected to affect the operation of the company’s FPSO vessel.

OSX 3 Leasing is a subsidiary of OSX Brasil SA, a Rio de Janeiro-based oil and gas holding company.
