Amsterdam court orders OSX 3 Leasing to immediately enter bankruptcy

Pittsburgh, July 15 – OSX 3 Leasing BV 13% senior secured bond trustee Nordic Trustee ASA said the Amsterdam Court ordered the company to enter bankruptcy in the Netherlands, effective immediately.

According to a notice to bondholders, the court appointed Wouter Jongepier as bankruptcy trustee.

OSX 3 Leasing is a subsidiary of OSX Brasil SA, a Rio de Janeiro-based oil and gas holding company.
