OSX 3 Leasing charter rates invoice payment made within grace period

Pittsburgh, Nov. 26 – OSX 3 Leasing BV 13% senior secured callable bond trustee Nordic Trustee ASA said a September charter rates invoice payment that was due on Oct. 30 has been paid into a dollar retention account by the company’s charterer.
According to a notice to bondholders from the trustee, the payment was made within the grace period provided in the charter contract.
OSX 3 Leasing is a subsidiary of OSX Brasil SA, a Rio de Janeiro-based oil and gas holding company.
