Investor Deepak Chopra decreases stake to 6.5% in OSI Systems

Philadelphia, Feb. 3 - Investor Deepak Chopra decreased his investment to 6.5% in OSI Systems, Inc. as of Dec. 31, according to an SC 13G/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

That represents a passive stake of 1,166,151 shares.

Those holdings are down from the passive stake of 6.8%, or 1,217,154 shares, the investor reported owning on Dec. 31, 2007, according to another SC 13G/A filing.

OSI is a Hawthorne, Calif.-based designer, developer, manufacturer and seller of specialized electronic systems and components for applications in homeland security, health care, and defense and aerospace markets.
