Fitch Ratings said it assigned a short-term rating of F1 to $291 million of bonds from the Illinois Finance Authority's revenue bonds (OSF Health Care System), series 2007B, 2007C and 2007D, and revenue refunding bonds (OSF Health Care System), series 2005A, 2005B and 2005C.

The rating applies to $40 million of series 2007B, $65 million of series 2007C, $65 million of series 2007D, $53.1 million of series 2005A, $53 million of series 2005B and $14.75 million of series 2005C.

The short-term rating was assigned based on an unconditional tender offer by OSF.

At the same time, Fitch said it affirmed the A long-term rating on all of the system's outstanding debt.

The outlook is stable.
