Oschadbank seeks consents to exchange offer for notes due 2016, 2018

New York, July 6 – JSC Oschadbank, the State Savings Bank of Ukraine, announced a consent solicitation for its notes due 2016 and notes due 2018 that is intended to allow the reprofiling of its debt.

Noteholders are being asked to approve an offer under which the bank is offering new notes due 2023 for the 2016 notes and new notes due 2025 for the 2018 notes.

A meeting to vote on the resolution to approve the exchange will be held on Aug. 3. Holders must deliver electronic instructions by July 30.

To gain approval of the resolutions, Oschadbank needs the support of at least three quarters of the votes cast at the meeting.
