By Susanna Moon

Chicago, May 18 – Oschadbank said it is seeking to “reprofile” its $700 million of 8¼% notes due March 10, 2016 and its $500 million of 8 7/8% notes due March 20, 2018.

“Oschadbank’s eurobonds are included within the scope of the wider debt operation to be undertaken by Ukraine,” according to a company notice.

The debt operation for Oschadbank’s eurobonds will consist of a “reprofiling” aimed at achieving compliance with target No. 1 under the 2015 International Monetary Fund’s EFF program, the company said.

The identification agent is D.F. King Ltd. (EUresponses@orientcap.com).

Oschadbank is based in Kiev, Ukraine.
