Ukraine's Oschadbank sets talk in high-8% area for five-year notes

Atlanta, March 13 - JSC State Savings Bank of Ukraine (Oschadbank) has set price talk in the high-8% area for a dollar-denominated offering of notes due in five years, a market source said.

Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan are the bookrunners for a Regulation S offering.

Oschadbank is based in Kiev, Ukraine.
