Orleans Homebuilders unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, March 15 - Wilmington Trust has been appointed to Orleans Homebuilders, Inc.'s official committee of unsecured creditors, according to a Wilmington Trust news release.

Wilmington Trust said it is the trustee for the holder of $30.9 million junior subordinated debt guaranteed by Orleans.

Wilmington's representative on the committee is Suzanne J. MacDonald.

According to a Monday court filing the other members of the committee are Raphael Licht of Taberna Capital Management III, Ltd. of New York; Daniel M. Wallach of 84 Lumber Co. of Eighty Four, Pa.; Robert K. Foster, Sr. of Newfield, N.J.; Keith Burke of Sunrise Concrete Co., Inc. of Rushland, Pa.; Kristine McLaughlin of Burlington Commercial Floor Covering of Southampton, N.J.; and Tina Williams, representing Wildflowers at Wallkill Condo Assoc., based in Wallkill, N.Y.

Orleans Homebuilders, a Bensalem, Pa.-based developer, builder and marketer of single-family homes, townhouses and condominiums, filed for bankruptcy on March 1 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The Chapter 11 case number is 10-10684.
