Orlando Regional Healthcare System, Fla., to price $72.28 million revenue bonds

Springdale, Ark., May 21 - The Orlando Regional Healthcare System in Florida plans to price $72.28 million revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The series 2008C bonds (A2/A/A) will price through the Orlando County Health Facilities Authority.

Morgan Stanley is the senior manager of the negotiated sale. Goldman, Sachs & Co. and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey are co-managers.

Proceeds will be used to finance the costs of capital improvements and equipment for health facilities and to refinance the outstanding balance of a line of credit.
