Japan’s ORIX eyes dollar-denominated offering of fixed-rate notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 8 – ORIX Corp. intends to sell dollar-denominated fixed-rate senior notes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are non-callable.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The financial services company is based in Tokyo.
