S&P rates ORIX notes A-
Standard & Poor’s said it assigned an A- debt rating to ORIX Corp.’s $10 million floating-rate senior unsecured notes due April 10, 2019.
The rating on the issue is the same as the long-term counterparty rating on ORIX, given the current rating on the company and the issuance terms and conditions of the notes, S&P said.
