Moody's rates ORIX bonds A3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned its A3 rating to ORIX Corp.'s five-year dollar-denominated senior unsecured bonds of $750 million that are to be issued on or about April 27.

The outlook is negative.

The ratings reflect its franchise value, risk positioning, operating and regulatory environment and financial fundamentals, Moody's said.
