Japan's Orix plans to price five-year unsecured bullets Wednesday

New York, April 20 - Orix Corp. announced an offering of five-year unsecured notes early on Tuesday, with pricing expected after the sale goes overnight, a source close to the deal said.

The notes (A3/A-) are non-callable.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley & Co. and UBS Investment Bank are running the books.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The financial services and joint stock company is based in Tokyo.
