ORIX offers dollar-denominated fixed-rate senior notes

Chicago, Sept. 6 – ORIX Corp. is offering dollar-denominated fixed-rate senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The offer may include one or more series but was launched as a single series.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Securities, Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are working as bookrunners on the SEC-registered deal.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and Mitsui Co. are working as counsel to the issuer.

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is advising the underwriters.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

ORIX is a financial services company based in Tokyo.
