ORIX to offer senior notes in one or more series

Concord, N.H., April 5 – ORIX Corp. plans to offer one or more series of dollar-denominated senior fixed-rate notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Daiwa Capital Markets America Inc. and Nomura Securities International, Inc. are the joint bookrunners.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and Mitsui Co. are advising the issuer.

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is working as counsel for the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

ORIX is a financial services company based in Tokyo.
