Moody’s assigns ORIX notes A3

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned an A3 rating to ORIX Corp.’s $500 million of senior unsecured notes due March 9, 2031.

“ORIX’s A3 rating reflects Moody’s expectation that the company will sustain its strong liquidity, which will support its business through this period of economic and financial market disruption as a result of the coronavirus pandemic,” the agency said in a press release.

The outlook is negative.
