ORIX offers 10-year notes; guidance 90 bps area over Treasuries

Los Angeles, March 2 – ORIX Corp. plans to price 10-year senior fixed-rate notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Guidance was in the 90 basis points area over Treasuries, plus or minus 2 bps, and initial price talk was in the 110 bps to 115 bps area over Treasuries, according to a market source.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

ORIX is a financial services company based in Tokyo.
