Orius' unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Dec. 23 - Orius Corp.'s U.S. Trustee appointed the official committee of unsecured creditors for its Chapter 11 case, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

The committee is comprised of Chet Barrows of Davenport, Fla.; Dennis Janisewski of Gopher Motor Rebuilding, Inc., Brooklyn Center, Minn., and Toby Mudrick of Mudrick Underground, Inc., Turner, Ore.

Orius, a West Palm Beach, Fla. provider of network and infrastructure services, filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 15. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-63876.
