Lori Lapin Jones appointed successor trustee of Orius liquidation trust

Portland, Ore., Feb. 2 - Lori Lapin Jones of Great Neck, N.Y., was appointed Orius Corp.'s successor trustee of the company's liquidation trust, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Jones' term as successor trustee will run through Jan. 31, 2008, according to the filing.

As of Feb. 1, the address of the trust is 98 Cutter Mill Road, Suite 201 North, Great Neck, N.Y., 11021.

Orius, a West Palm Beach, Fla., provider of construction, deployment and maintenance services to the telecommunications, broadband, gas and electric utilities and government industries, filed for bankruptcy on Dec. 12, 2005. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-63876.
