Moody's: Orion Prime unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said it determined that the proposed change in loan payment date agreed to by Orion Prime Ltd. will not in and of itself cause the current rating of the notes to be reduced or withdrawn.

Moody's said it does not express an opinion as to whether the change could have non credit-related effects.

The loan payment date was changed to Sept. 17 from Sept. 14. The notes payment date remains unchanged on Sept. 20, Moody's said.
