India's Oriental Bank of Commerce to sell Rs. 5 billion of bonds

New York, Feb. 10 - Oriental Bank of Commerce said it plans to raise up to Rs. 5 billion of tier II capital through a private placement of bonds.

The date of the issuance has not been set.

The state-run bank is located the New Delhi, India.
