New Issue: India’s Oriental Bank of Commerce allots Rs. 10 billion of tier I bonds

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 19 – Oriental Bank of Commerce notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it issued Rs. 10 billion of tier I capital through a private placement of Basel III compliant additional tier I bonds.

The deal included the fully exercised Rs. 7.5 billion oversubscription option.

The issue was opened on Sept. 16, and closed and allotted on the same day.

The state-run bank is located in New Delhi.
