Oriental Bank of Commerce sells Rs. 10.25 trillion lower tier II bonds

Minneapolis, Nov. 29 - Oriental Bank of Commerce sold Rs. 10.25 trillion of subordinated lower tier II bonds, according to a notice from the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The bonds were available from Nov. 21 to Nov. 27 at Rs. 10 million each at par. There is an option to retain oversubscription of up to Rs. 2 trillion.

The state-run bank is located in New Delhi.
