Oriental Bank of Commerce to issue Rs. 12 billion lower tier II bonds

Kansas City, Kan., Nov. 15 - Oriental Bank of Commerce informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it plans to issue up to Rs. 12 billion of unsecured lower tier II bonds in the form of debentures.

The bank is issuing the bonds for the purpose of raising funds.

Further details will be release at launch.

The state-run bank is located in New Delhi.
