India's Oriental Bank of Commerce to sell Rs. 5 billion of bonds

New York, April 9 - Oriental Bank of Commerce said it will sell up to Rs. 5 billion of tier II bonds through a private placement.
No further details were disclosed.
The state-run bank is located in New Delhi, India.
