Moody's: Orient view negative

Moody's Japan K.K. said it changed its outlook for Orient Corp. to negative from stable.

At the same time, Moody's affirmed its Baa3 long-term issuer rating (domestic currency) for Orient.

Moody's said the outlook change to negative reflects its view that, for Orient, the pace of decrease in repayments associated with overpaid interest claims is now slower than Moody's had assumed at the time of its last rating action for Orico on April 25, 2012, when its rating was downgraded to Baa3 with stable outlook.
