Oricon Enterprises plans meeting to consider convertible debentures

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 3 - Oricon Enterprises Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider plans to issue convertible debentures.

The company's board of directors will meet on Nov. 5 to consider the proposal.

Oricon Enterprises is a Mumbai, India-based petrochemicals and real estate company.
