ORG Informatics approves $20 million in convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., July 10 - ORG Informatics Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it plans to issue up to $20 million in convertibles.

The company's board approved the new issue, subject to requisite shareholder approval, with a greenshoe option.

Standard Chartered Bank was named lead manager.

ORG Informatics Ltd is a Gujurat, India-based information technology and software company.
