ORG Informatics raises $16 million in convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 14 - ORG Informatics Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has raised $16 million in 2.5% convertible bonds due Nov. 14, 2012.

The bonds, which settled on Nov. 13, will be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Elara Capital plc, London, was the lead manager for the issue.

ORG Informatics is a Gujurat, India-based information technology and software company.
