ORG Informatics board gets OK to issue up to $35 million in convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 6 - ORG Informatics Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that members at its extra ordinary general meeting on Nov. 6 have authorized the company's board of directors to issue up to $35 million in convertibles.

Securities may include Global Depositary Receipts, American Depositary Receipts, convertible bonds and other securities convertible into equity shares.

ORG Informatics is a Gujurat, India-based information technology and software company.
