O’Reilly Automotive eyes issue of senior notes via five bookrunners

Chicago, Sept. 9 – O’Reilly Automotive Inc. is pricing an offering of senior notes, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday.

The notes have a make-whole call and a par call.

BofA Securities Inc., Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Truist Securities, Inc. and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. are joint bookrunners for the notes.

Proceeds will be used, with cash on hand, to redeem all of the company’s 4.875% senior notes due 2021. Any remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The Springfield, Mo.-based company is an aftermarket auto parts retailer.
