New Issue: Oregon Health and Science University sells $145.26 million of bonds

New York, May 2 - The Oregon Health and Science University sold $145,255,000 of series 2012A revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (A1/A+/A+) were sold through lead managers Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC. The co-managers were Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Loop Capital Markets LLC and US Bancorp.
The bonds are due 2012 to 2028 with 2% to 5% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to purchase and cancel a portion of the university's series 1998A-B and 2002B auction-rate bonds, finance capital improvements to the university and refund its outstanding 1995, 1998A, 2002A and 2009B-1 bonds.
