New Issue: Oregon Facilities prices $66.06 million of PeaceHealth revenue bonds

New York, March 6 - The Oregon Facilities Authority sold $66.06 million of series 2014A refunding revenue bonds for PeaceHealth, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (/A/A+) were sold through senior manager Goldman, Sachs & Co.

The bonds are due 2016 to 2029 with a term bond due in 2032. The serial bonds have 5% coupons with 0.65% to 4% yields. The 2032 bonds have a 4.125% coupon priced at 98.396 to yield 4.25%.

Proceeds will be used to refund the Oregon Health, Housing, Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority series 2001 revenue bonds issued for PeaceHealth.
