Moody's rates Oregon facilities bonds AAA/VMIG1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a rating of Aaa/VMIG1 in the State of Oregon, Oregon Facilities Authority revenue bonds (Lewis & Clark College projects), 2008 series A, in the amount of $106.4 million.

Moody's said it rates Wells Fargo Bank, NA, which provided the bond's letter of credit, at Aaa for its long-term obligations and Prime-1 for its short-term obligations.

The outlook is stable.
