Oregon Department of Transportation defeases highway user tax bonds

Norfolk, Va., July 10 – The State of Oregon Department of Transportation defeased its series 2006A, 2007A and 2009A highway user tax revenue bonds, according to multiple notices.

The following 2006A bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Nov. 15, 2016:

• $265,000 of bonds due Nov. 15, 2018;

• $1.45 million of bonds due Nov. 15, 2019;

• $4.26 million of bonds due Nov. 15, 2022;

• $4,455,000 of bonds due Nov. 15, 2023;

• $4,665,000 of bonds due Nov. 15, 2024;

• $4.88 million of bonds due Nov. 15, 2025;

• $5,145,000 of bonds due Nov. 15, 2026;

• $20,945,000 of bonds due Nov. 15, 2027;

• $21.98 million of bonds due Nov. 15, 2028;

• $23,105,000 of bonds due Nov. 15, 2029;

• $24.29 million of bonds due Nov. 15, 2030; and

• $25.54 million of bonds due Nov. 15, 2031.

The following 2007A bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Nov. 15, 2017:

• $1.72 million of bonds due Nov. 15, 2020;

• $1.77 million of bonds due Nov. 15, 2021;

• $1,805,000 of bonds due Nov. 15, 2022;

• $1,905,000 of bonds due Nov. 15, 2023; and

• $2.02 million of bonds due Nov. 15, 2024.

The following 2009A bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on May 15, 2019:

• $13,005,000 of bonds due Nov. 15, 2021;

• $12.34 million of bonds due Nov. 15, 2022;

• $14,365,000 of bonds due Nov. 15, 2023; and

• $15.06 million of bonds due Nov. 15, 2024.
