By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, June 27 - Orchard Supply Hardware Stores Corp.'s class A common stock was removed from listing and registration on the Nasdaq stock market as a result of its June 17 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing, according to a company news release.

Orchard said the class A common stock will continue to trade on OTC Markets under the symbol OSHWQ.

As previously reported, the company expects equityholders to experience a complete loss of their investment as a result of the Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.

Orchard Supply, a San Jose, Calif.-based hardware retailer, filed for bankruptcy on June 17 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Its Chapter 11 case number is 13-11565.
