Orchard Supply unsecured creditors committee appointed by U.S. Trustee

Pittsburgh, June 26 - Orchard Supply Hardware Stores Corp.'s official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by Region 3 U.S. Trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Richard Huey of Eleven Western Builders, Inc. of Escondido, Calif.; David Jordan of Jordan Manufacturing Co., Inc. of Monticello, Ind.; Josh Kawahara of Kawahara Nurseries, Inc. of Morgan Hill, Calif.; Christopher P. Tessitore of National Retail Properties, Inc. of Orlando, Fla.; and Laura M. Cotter, representing Gina Rondone on behalf of a certified class.

Orchard Supply, a San Jose, Calif.-based hardware retailer, filed for bankruptcy on June 17. Its Chapter 11 case number is 13-11565.
